MEET THE WOMEN BEHIND THE BRAND

Meet the Women Behind AgPro

AgPro was built by women who don’t just understand the work—we live it.

We’ve worn the gear that didn’t fit. We’ve rolled up the cuffs, cinched in the waists, and made do with workwear that was never really made for us. But we knew we deserved better—so we made it.

Behind every product is a team of women who believe in showing up, working hard, and building something that matters. Here's who we are:

Nicole Toebes — Founder

Nicole is the force that started it all. A first-generation farmer with a vision and a whole lot of grit, she created AgPro because she was tired of settling for workwear that didn’t work. What started as a personal need quickly grew into a mission to support other women in ag—because she knew she wasn’t the only one. Nicole leads with purpose, heart, and a relentless belief that women deserve better.

Rachel Chater — Manager

Rachel is the steady hand that keeps AgPro moving forward. She brings the kind of calm confidence and deep care that can’t be taught. With a background in management and a passion for community, Rachel makes sure every part of AgPro reflects the values we stand for: respect, integrity, and real support for women who work hard.

Megan Thring — Assistant Manager

Megan is the behind-the-scenes backbone of the brand. Whether she’s organizing the day, prepping for trade shows, or lending her sharp eye to product development, she brings a quiet strength and thoughtfulness to everything she does. She shows up with grit, grace, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Danielle Bisaillon — Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator

Danielle is the reason your AgPro gear lands on your doorstep, packed with care and ready for work. She handles all the shipping, receiving, and logistics—and she does it with hustle, heart, and precision. Every parcel she touches carries a piece of our story, and she makes sure it’s delivered with pride.

These are the women behind AgPro. We’re farmers, mothers, leaders, and doers—and we’re building something better for all of us.

This is more than workwear. It’s a revolution—and you’re part of it.
